Returns

General Information

Refunds are accepted up to 14 days from when the parcel has been delivered or signed for. Please make sure you accept these terms prior to ordering.

Sale items are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

The item must be returned within 14 days, in its original unused and unwashed condition. It must also be returned with the original packaging and labels. Please add a note with your return including your order number, name, and delivery address.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Update

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. You will NOT receive an update when the item is delivered back to our HQ. For an update on your returned item, please refer to your return tracking ID.

Return Timeframe

Returns require 10 working days to process back to your original payment method from the day your parcel is received back to us. Please refrain from contacting us regarding your refund until 10 working days have passed.

Responsibility

Please be aware that PLAIN -T will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged returns made by the sender or courier.

Plain-T Clo will not be responsible for any lost parcels during transit. All orders that are reshipped due to being originally lost, misplaced, or damaged by courier become non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
